For all schools and academies, the remote support offer will enable the Finance & Business Services Team (FaBS) to access the nominated school computer system remotely in order to provide immediate feedback and solutions. We have subsequently updated our terms and conditions to reflect this agreement.

• Remote support must only be used with the consent of the users whose PC is to be controlled.
• The Remote Support tool is strictly for use with Educator Solutions customers only.
• Any assistance provided by the Finance & Business Services Team (FaBS) will be to find the cause of the problem and propose a solution. It will then be the responsibility of the school to use this information in order to take the action needed to rectify the problem.
• The Finance & Business Services Team undertakes not to use the confidential information for any other purpose except for which it is required, without first obtaining the written agreement of the school/academy.
• The Finance & Business Services Team undertakes to keep the confidential information secure and not to disclose any information to third parties.
