The 2017-18 annual contracts for Academies will be available to view via the Educator Solutions website from 9th June 2017. Once you have logged into your account you can view the products to purchase by navigating the 'Services' tab. On this page you will also be able to download a customised brochure.

Generally, prices for products this year have risen between 1 - 2% due to inflation. Some services are also offering new or revised products which we have highlighted below:

Education Psychology and Specialist support

New product for 2017-18 - Bronze ECO tier allows selection of between 20 to 38 days of support. This includes annual subscription with consultancy support package features, alongside all benefits associated with ECO packages.

Engage Educational Services

New annual subscriptions for 2017-18 of Bronze, Silver and Gold, as well as the opportunity to purchase ad hoc Spot purchases. Please review the offers as these are new for 2017-18.

ICT

Due to new partnership arrangements, ICT Services have now transferred all their packages and services under one provider 'ICT Services for Education'. There are also changes to all Protech offers, which are now listed as Basic and Enhanced (FST) Support. In addition, there are further options available, including an ICT Three Year Support Package and additional 'bolt on' services.

CPD Toolkit - The Key Support Limited

The Key Support Limited are a new Trusted Partner of Educator Solutions. The CPD toolkit from The Key is a service that provides school leaders with everything they need to deliver high-impact and cost-effective in-school training for teachers, leaders and support staff. Full details of this product are available on SLA online e-portal.<0/p>

The Contract Process

Placing items in the basket: Please note that annual packages purchased for 2016-17 will have the equivalent 2017-18 offer shown on the 'Quick Buy Form' with a circled letter 'S' (suggested purchase)beside them and pre-ticked for your convenience. To remove all these ticks on the form, please un-tick the 'Show Suggested Items' box located at the top right on the screen. This will then allow you to select the services you wish to purchase for 2017-18.

If using the Quick Buy Form facility, you will need to click on the main 'Quick Buy Form' link (displayed in larger text) in order to buy offers commencing 1st September 2017.

The smaller Quick Buy form links refers to the purchasing year ending 31/08/17.

Cancelling an annual contract

If you wish to cancel an annual contract, please email details of the contracts you wish to cancel to contractsteam@educatorsolutions.org.uk and we will action this on your behalf. Please ensure that you notify us by email of any cancellation by Friday 28th July 2017. Unticking a package in the quick buy form is not opting out.

Important: please ensure that all purchases and amendments are completed before 31st August 2017 as your contract will commence on 1st September 2017.
