Education General Enquiries - Transfer Process Update
Tuesday's transfer of a range of education general enquiries to the Customer Service Centre was very successful, and hundreds of calls have since been answered.
Teething problems were encountered with some of the changes to telephone numbers and these are detailed below.

Please not that the revised new numbers (223577 and 224017) are used for business-to-business calls only and should not be given out to the public.
Remember, the old numbers previously available to the public now have messages asking the caller to redial the new education general enquiries number 0844 800 8020.
