RDA SUMMER TERM AGENDA 2005

1. Classroom observations / joint monitoring with senior management - quality of teaching and learning
   Focus on classroom observation - in particular paired observation with the headteacher /senior staff /middle managers. This will support the school's own quality assurance procedures in relation to consistency and accuracy of lesson observations.
   
   
2. Self-Review for Safeguarding and Child Protection in Schools.

   Further discussion on areas requiring stage monitoring or evaluation e.g leadership and management.
