Annual Utility Meter Readings

As part of the Norfolk County Council energy management system, we are introducing a programme of annual readings for electricity, gas and water meters, at the end of each financial year. This will assist in obtaining a clearer indication of annual consumption patterns.

We would be very grateful, therefore, if you could kindly arrange for the relevant meter readings to be taken at your property and submitted on the Esinet website.

This also includes details of the type of meter, meter location and serial number, which will allow us to cross reference readings against bills.

We appreciate that water meters, in particular, can be very difficult to access and understand if you are unable to provide full details. If you are unable to read the water meter, please use an actual meter reading, reading date and details provided on your water invoice.
