FINAL BUDGET SHARE AND CAPITAL ALLOCATIONS FOR YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2005

Included are all known adjustments for Rates, SEN, Exclusions, Salary Support Grant and Standards Fund.

Rates
This ensures that the actual rates paid equal the allocation. Any further rates adjustment for the year will be corrected in the new financial year as a prior year adjustment.

Hire of Facilities
The end of year reconciliation for Hire of Facilities has not taken place, due to final expenditure details from schools coinciding with local authority closure of accounts.

A reconciliation will take place shortly, with any adjustments being made against the "Prior Year Adjustments" subjective code in 2005/06.

SEN
This represents any final adjustments in relation to pupil bands allocations. If any further allocations are required, these will be processed in 2005/06.

Exclusions
These are the final exclusions for 2004/05. Any further allocations/deductions will occur in the 2005/06 financial year.

Salary Support Grant
Any UPS1 adjustments that were still outstanding have been completed. The grant shown on the LMSB2-3 is the final 2004/05 positions.

Standards Fund Allocations
The budget changes sheet shows amendments, where applicable. The enclosed form LMSBSF2005 shows the schools total Standards Fund allocations for the 2004/05 financial year.

Capital Allocations
You will have been separately notified of any changes to devolved capital allocations, form LMSCAP2005 shows the school's total capital allocation for 2004/05 financial year.

Schools using Cash Accounts or the LM Account
Any changes to the budget share will be included on the final (period 13) download.
