Coming soon - Online payslips you can access from anywhere !

From late January, all staff will be able to access their pay details securely from any computer or device, and we will no longer issue paper payslips.

Our new web based system - Online Services will be accessible in late January 2018.

All employees will need to register to access the system - once registration is complete you will be able to view payslips generated from April 2012 using any device or location with internet access - including tablets and smartphones.

People need to know that paper payslips will be ceasing and from late January 2018 they will need to register to get access to Online Services. Registration guidelines will be issued in due course. If employees do not have a personal computer or internet access, we recommend ensuring these employees are able to access payslips from a workplace computer or local libraries.

What are the benefits?

  • Increased data security - as only you will be able to access your online information
  • You won't have to come to work to access payslips and employees on maternity, adoption leave or long term sick will be able to access their payslips online
  • No risk of payslips being lost or going to the wrong address
  • You'll be able to access (and print) payslips and P60s as far back as 2012

Action for managers

  • Tell all of your employees including casual and supply staff about this change and share the website details and registration dates when released - remember to include people on maternity and adoption leave or long-term sick etc and any casual or supply staff.
  • If any employees don't have email, encourage them to create an email account and help them with this if necessary.
  • Update any induction or new starter information in readiness for January 2018.

Further communications including details of the website and registration will follow shortly. There will be instructions on how to register and access payslips on the new website along with frequently asked questions.
