Workforce Remodelling Audit to be completed and discussed as part of the RDA Summer Term Visit

The Remodelling Team need to provide information for the National Remodelling Team database to report progress in relation to the National Workforce Agreement. Also this data is required so that future follow-up funding can be accessed. As part of this process we need to collect from schools certain information. Therefore, we are requesting that all schools complete the following pro-forma on the progress made towards the implementation of Phase III of the National Workforce Agreement. This information will also be valuable data for each school to contribute towards its own annual self-review of Leadership & Management.

Please see the link below for the online pro-forma. If choose to complete this with your RDA during the Summer Term visit under item 4 of the agenda you can print it out and return completed to: virginia.wakely@norfolk.gov.uk.

Please retain a copy for your own use, to share with governors and as part of your School Improvement and Development Plan and school self-review/evaluation.
