Workforce Remodelling

Following several requests for information to share with parents on the National Workload Agreement, I am enclosing the link to the Parent Information leaflet which you may find helpful. I would like to stress that the use of the leaflet is entirely at your discretion and it may be that you have already produced your own information for parents.

However, the leaflet concerned has been subject to wide consultation and is aimed at providing a basic outline of the National Agreement and the aims of workforce remodelling. It is up to the school to decide whether to use this leaflet for parents and, indeed, whether to offer additional information in respect of progress in your own school.
