Keyholder Information

I wrote to you in November of last year on the matter of Keyholder Information. You will recall that the Keyholder Information for the Authority and for the Police is kept by Boing U.K. Ltd. In order for the information to be effective it must be updated as soon as there are any changes. The updating process is that you should ring Boing U.K. Ltd. on their telephone number 0845 0678 999. You will need to have available your Boing reference number so that you can change any details which need to be updated.

We are now approaching the summer holidays and in previous years there have been issues where schools have not updated the Keyholder Information. Please make sure that your information is updated and that where you have a monitored burglar alarm system fitted to your school you also ensure that the monitoring company have updated information on your keyholders.
