'Effective Advertising' Workshops for Headteachers/Senior Staff
'Effective Advertising' Workshop for Headteachers/Senior Staff
I am aware that schools often have to spend a lot of money trying to fill teaching vacancies by advertising in publications such as the TES, frequently without immediate success necessitating even more expense on re-advertising.
With this in mind I have arranged with Riley's and the TES to offer a half-day workshop on 'Effective Advertising' for Headteachers or other senior staff concerned with advertising. Whilst it comes with no guarantees, it may help some of you to reduce your advertising costs at the same time as attracting more applicants to your school.
Part of the session will include a 'friendly competition' to design an advertisement and there will be a prize of a free advertisement in the TES for the winner.
There will be two identical sessions as follows:
Norwich Professional Development Centre, 9.30 -12.30 on Friday October 14
andWest Norfolk Professional Development Centre, 1.30 - 4.30 Wed. October 19
Supply cover will be available where absolutely essential. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
