Review of School Staffing Structure

As you are aware, requirements this term include the drafting, consulting and ratification of a revised staffing structure. Key to the process will be consulting with staff on the detail of the revised structure, including the implementation plan and its rationale.

In the spirit of consultation, I can tell you that the content of the letter has itself been subject to consultation with the County Secretaries of the Teacher Trade Unions, the Branch Secretary of Unison and the Regional Officials of GMB and TGWU.
