ESPO Contract 379 - Waste Collection

Following telephone calls from two schools last Friday it has been discovered that BIFFA Waste Services Ltd have applied an increase to all their standard contracts. However, the ESPO agreement has its prices fixed until April 2006.

The increase has been applied to the ESPO contract IN ERROR. While the mistake has now been rectified, the invoices have been issued and therefore need to be challenged and a credit raised against them.
