Referrals for Statutory Assessment - Criteria Document

Norfolk published its SEN Criteria in November 2005. The Criteria document attached, included new referral forms for Statutory Assessment. Schools and settings should be using these forms for all referrals. The Criteria document is available on Esinet. Ideally forms should be completed electronically and then printed off for signature. It is not possible at present to accept school or setting referrals via email.
