Physical Access Audit Form

With reference to the first MI Sheet numbered MI 3/06 requesting your co-operation in completing the Physical Access Audit forms attached to that sheet, 167 identifiable forms (37%) have been received, which means we are still lacking information from 285 schools.

If you have not completed this audit would you please do so as soon as possible and send it, either by email to peter.dawes@norfolk.gov.uk or as a hard copy to Peter Dawes at the address given on the form.

Please do not forget to include the school's name on the form!
