Reminder: important changes to payslips for January payday

Our new web-based system - Online Services - goes live from 8 January, meaning all employees will be able to access their payslips securely from any location, computer or device (tablet, smartphone). Paper payslips will no longer be issued.

All employees can access the system using the following link www.norfolk.gov.uk/do-it-online/oracle-self-service-sign-in. We recommend saving the link as a favourite or bookmark, so employees don't have to type it in each time they want to look at a payslip.

The first online payslip will be for January 2018 payday. P60s will be available in April 2018.

All employees will need to register, using the link above, to get access to the system. They will only need to register once and will need an email address to do so. The registration process will take 24 hours. This time is needed to validate information against an individual's record, to ensure that only they can access their information.

If employees do not have a personal computer or internet access, we recommend ensuring these employees are able to access payslips from a workplace computer or local libraries.

Full details of the registration process, including user guides and frequently asked questions, are on the website.

If you have any queries, contact the Online Services helpdesk by emailing onlineservices@norfolk.gov.uk.
