New Schools Specific Contact List

As you may know the LEA produces two electronic lists of contacts for schools. One is generic, the other is specific to each school. Historically this information was produced and distributed in hard copy which meant it was hard to update and frequently inaccurate.

Both electronic lists are accessed via the 'My School' login. By entering your DfES number at the login, the database locates the references specific to your school.

A comprehensive review of the school specific contact list has been undertaken. A revised and updated list has been produced and is available for use.

To access it please follow these steps.

1. Click here to go directly to the contact lists.

2. Login to 'My School' using your DfES number and password.

3. Commonly used items - LEA Contacts for Schools.

4. Select either school specific or generic contacts.

It can also be accessed from e-Courier's front page. 'My School' appears at the top left hand side in the list of options. Click there to go straight to the login screen.

When trying to contact a specific area of the LEA please use the Schools Contact list as a first port of call. Only use the Customer Service Centre if you are unable to reach the person or section you need.
