Model School Complaints Procedure
This model schools’ complaints procedure has been produced in order to provide an effective process that can support both schools and parents/carers for the benefit of the child. The procedure was finalised after consultation with headteachers, teachers, parents, governors and Children’s Services officers.Governing Bodies should discuss formal adoption of the new model school complaints procedure. The document is in WORD to enable governing bodies to personalise the document for their school. A leaflet for parents and a poster are also available electronically using the hyperlinks above. A few copies of the leaflet for parents are available in printed format for each school by e-mail request to: childrensservicespostroom@norfolk.gov.uk or by telephone on 01603 223446.
