September DfES Pupil Count 2006

This is a reminder of the statutory requirement for all maintained schools with sixth forms to complete the September Pupil Count (SPC) 2006.

A copy of the notification letter issued jointly to these schools by the DfES, the Learning Skills Council and Ofsted in July 2006 can be found on the Teachernet website

Your school is required to complete your SPC return by logging on to the DfES data collection website. The address is www.dfes.gov.uk/datacollection.

If you are unsure of your username or password I will be able to supply them to you. The website will be available from Thursday 21st September 2006. The deadline for submitting returns is Friday 29th September 2006. If you do not submit your return by this date it may affect your sixth form funding allocation.
