Education Travel Passes
New Arrangements for Users of First Bus and Anglian CoachesFrom September this year, First Bus are allowing students on their commercial local bus services to travel at any time of the day or night, and at weekends and in school holidays.
This is a very valuable benefit for anyone issued with an education travel pass from Norfolk County Council. It applies to students who have the following printed as the service number on their travel pass:
EC 1-5 | For unlimited travel on First buses in zones 1-5 around Norwich |
EC NET | For unlimited travel on any First buses in Norfolk (and parts of Suffolk) |
EC GY | For unlimited travel on First buses in the Gt Yarmouth area |
EC KL | For unlimited travel on First buses in the King's Lynn area |

Unlimited travel at weekends, evenings and in school holidays also applies for holders of Anglian passes who have AN printed as the service number on their pass. This applies to students travelling into Norwich only, and excludes travel on service 003.
