Educator Solutions Budget Planner Software Upgrade 2.07
Upgrade version 2.07 will be available for the Local Authority Budget Planner Software on Friday 23rd February 2018. This upgrade contains the functions necessary to move the software from 2017-18 to 2018-19 ready for the new budget setting process.
In previous years a new installation would have been required. However, the new software will take your current budget as the basis for the new financial year. To complete the upgrade you will simply need to select 'Budget Plan' from the 'Upgrades' drop down list in the Budget Planner toolbar. Please refer to Section 10 of the User Guide for further guidance regarding this process.
Once the upgrade has been successfully installed a 'Run Year End' button should be visible on the Main Menu. Section 8 of the User Guide provides further details of the year end process.
Please Note: There may be some general housekeeping tasks required to Staffing Forecasts before the current year is archived during the year end process. Please ensure that Section 8 of the User Guide is viewed prior to clicking the 'Run Year End' button.
