The Modern Reward Strategy project covers all Norfolk County Council employees including non-teaching staff in schools. It does not cover groups such as Teachers; Youth Workers; Staff on Soulbury Committee Conditions - Youth and Community Officers, Education Advisors, Educational Psychologists; Adult Education Tutors; Employees of independent companies including NCS and NPS. If you are not sure if you are included please check with your manager.
