This relates to the secondary school admissions forms.

Please pass on my contact details to Year 6 parents/carers whom you feel are in my target groups (please see below) and remind them that the secondary admissions form should be returned by post or completed online at www.admissionsonline.norfolk.gov.uk by 14th November 2008 - sending their form in late will mean that it will not be looked at with the same priority level.

The target group of parents/carers I work with, in no particular order, are:-

1. Parents of children in care/carers of Looked After Children
2. Parents who have English as an additional language
3. Frequent movers, i.e. Travellers
4. Parents who have children with Special Educational Needs
5. Parents who live in areas of deprivation and who self-refer
6. Parents who find it difficult to engage with their child's current primary school
7. Parents who experience problems with their own reading and writing
8. New arrivals to the county
9. Parents who belong to other vulnerable and minority groups.
