Modern Reward Strategy Fact Pack for Headteachers

Feedback has shown that Headteachers want information specific to schools staff. This fact pack is designed to provide you with the tools you will require to inform, support, and guide your staff during this period of change, as well as addressing some issues specific to schools.

MRS allows schools the opportunity to review their grading structures within a consistent and systematic process. Owing to the separate legal status within education law applicable to Foundation and Church schools, there is no the requirement to pay staff on the same terms and conditions as schools staff employed by the County Council. Many Foundation and Church schools have elected to be included in the project and we are very happy to support these and any other schools wishing to come on board with the project.
