Performance Management Briefing and Planning Sessions

Further to MI 194/06 and MI 9/07, there is still limited availability at 3 of the 11 performance management sessions for those schools that have not yet booked a place(s).

Schools that have booked a place(s) will receive hard copy confirmation letters with venue location map. For any late bookings, an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

It is possible to check whether a school delegate is attending a session by accessing the list or by contacting Virginia Wakely, Workforce Remodelling Project Officer, on 01603 638092.

Schools may like to note that the Rewards and Incentives Group (RIG) has produced a draft performance management policy for schools, which was subject to limited consultation, and this will be made available soon. If you have a query on this, please contact Bob Hedley, HR Manager, on 01603 222418 or speak to one of the training team at the performance management sessions.

Most of the resources from the school briefing sessions will be made available on esinet although hard copy packs are being distributed to delegates.
