Upgrade to 2007/08 Budget Plan Spreadsheet (Version 2.1)

A problem has been picked up in the Budget plan software. The 2.95% inflation has not been included within the Non-Teaching pay structure. An upgrade has been released that will fix this problem if the following instructions are followed.
