Further to 194/06, 9/07 and 28/07, as mentioned at recent briefing sessions, this message is to alert schools to the publication by the Rewards and Incentives Group (RIG) of a model performance management policy, including a classroom observation protocol at Annex 1. The model document is available on Teachernet in Word format, click here to access this. Please note that Bob Hedley, HR Manager, and Peter Simmonds, Workforce Remodelling Project Manager, will be discussing this document with the local unions group with the aim of agreeing and issuing a Norfolk model pay and performance management policy in the Summer Term, for adoption by Governing Bodies.Other resources from the briefing sessions are available on Norfolk’s Workforce Remodelling website.
