Annual Meter Readings
Annual Utility Meter Readings
As part of the Norfolk County Council energy management system, we have introduced a programme of annual readings for electricity, gas and water meters, at the end of each financial year. These readings will not only be used to calculate consumption patterns, but will also be used for a variety of other purposes, such as AMP reporting, Energy Certification of Buildings - as part of the EU Directive of the Energy Labelling of Buildings, Energy Log Books, determining loads with regards to future expansion of school buildings, energy usage benchmarking, identifying possible water leaks and other wastage, CO2 reporting and environmental reporting. We would be very grateful, therefore, if you could kindly arrange for the relevant meter readings to be taken at your property and submitted on the Esinet website on or around 1st April 2007.
This also includes details of the type of meter, meter location and serial number, which will allow us to cross reference readings against bills.
This year we have included the meter serial numbers, locations, and reference numbers on the website where we have been given the information in previously.
We appreciate that water meters, in particular, can be very difficult to access and understand if you are unable to provide full details. If you are unable to read the water meter, please use an actual meter reading, reading date and details provided on your water invoice.
