Modern Reward Strategy

As part of our programme to support Headteachers and Managers as part of the MRS project, we are running a number of 1.5 hour sessions accross the county, we hope you will find useful.

As the MRS project progresses we want you, as managers to feel confident that you are fully informed. The purpose of these sessions is to equip you with the tools to deal with any queries your staff may have, as well as offering the opportunity for you to raise any new issues with the MRS team. We will not at this stage, however, be in a position to inform you how your staff will actually be affected individually.

The sessions will be as follows:
