G4S is a service that provides you with an alternative way of depositing your cash in a flexible and secure manner that is convenient and cost effective

Please be aware not all postal codes are currently included but more have been added since the service began. These may be increased in the future depending on demand.

If your area is included and you would like to use G4S services,

• Please complete G4S Cash Collection.
• Scan and e-mail this document to banking@educatorsolutions.org.uk

By using this service:

1. You can book either a morning or an afternoon collection slot.
2. G4S will come and collect the cash directly from the school and delivery it to Barclays Cash Centre, saving you the time of having to visit the branch.
3. Contents are opened under CCTV for processing, which gives you extra comfort and security.
4. Cash collected will appear as deposited in your chosen account the following day.

3. Morning (AM) and afternoon (PM) booking slots.
4. Minimum of 3 booking slots available every week.
5. Deposits credited next working day into nominated bank account.

• £0 to 2.5k notes £15.00
• 2.5k to 5k notes £7.50
• 5k - 20k notes FREE
• Up to £1000 in £1 and £2 coin denominations
• £500 in lower coin denominations
• Cheques cannot be accepted
• You will pay the same 'over the counter' money transmission rate.

• No fixed term or fixed value contract required.
• Sign-up to one set of simple T&Cs.
• Pay as you go.
• Charged monthly/quarterly via bank charges.
