September 2008 Admission Class Waiting List

Each primary phase school is asked to provide the LA electronically with details of those children currently on a waiting list, and who are expected to be admitted to school in September 2008. The information will be used by the Admissions Team to write to parents to ensure they engage with the centralised admissions process by formally expressing their preference(s) for first admission for September 2008.

Details of children expected to be admitted to your school after the 2008/2009 academic year are not required as part of this return.

Information of how to extract the data from your Phoenix system and submit it to the LA is available here. Please complete this return as requested and send via the Anycomms Secure Data Transfer (SDT) system. Any school unable to submit this return using SDT should contact Gill Williamson on 01603 222355.
