This edition includes a timetable for the next few months, explains why the project has taken longer than expected, details the types of conditions of employment under review and the huge implementation task ahead.Headteachers please note:

1. It is important to ensure that all of your support staff see these communications. Please make a hard copy, if necessary, for anyone who does not have easy access. Remember, all MRS communications should also be shared with any staff on maternity leave, sick leave and casual staff.
2. Any outstanding Job Matching is now urgent and should be returned to the MRS team as soon as possible.
