Assessment Data Including 2007 Provisional Results

There is a new area on the Norfolk Schools website for you to access your own school's assessment data held by the LA. To access this new area, you will need to log-in to the password protected My School area, and go to "KeyData". Once in KeyData, scroll down to the heading "Attainment" or "Achievement" and to the right of the heading, click the "More Info..." button.

Initially, the purpose of this new area will be for you to check the "provisional" 2007 results and feed back any amendments to the Information and Research Centre. Please report any changes by Friday 12 October at the latest. The revised figures will be used in the 2007 update of KeyData and IPSS.

KS4 & Post-16 please note: provisional KS4 and Post-16 data will be available for checking from Friday 28 September.

The new web page will also give you access to the following reports when they become available:

• "Attainment Data" which will include a revised version of the above provisional reports, and any other detailed attainment reports held by the LA


• "FFT Estimates (Target Setting Data)" (only available from KS2 upwards) which will include school-level Fischer Family Trust (FFT) Estimates*


• "Value Added Analyses and Conversion" which will include school-level FFT Estimates against Actuals, Transition Matrices, and any other conversion data held by the LA.

* FFT Pupil-level estimates, with pupil names, will be made available separately.
