Schools Capital Expenditure Loan Scheme
To all headteachers / Governors
Effective immediately, the Norfolk County Council Schools Capital Expenditure Loan Scheme has been suspended. We are able to lend a percentage of the LMS balances and this has been reached. Existing loans already agreed are unaffected. No further applications will be considered. This will be reviewed and a further MI sheet sent out when the scheme is re-instated.
