To download your Tracking Tool software please click on this link.

You will be asked to either open or save the file. It is recommended that you save the file to your desktop and extract to the same location accordingly.

The tool has been developed with the intention that it is straightforward to use. However there are some guidance notes provided to accompany the tracker. It is recommended that these are read prior to starting to use the tracker. In particular, the notes on adjusting Excel Macro Security settings and the problems encountered if using the upgrade Microsoft Office Service Pack 3.

The 'READ FIRST Guidance' folder contains a 'Quick Start - step by step guide' that provides step by step instructions. The 'README - Norfolk tracking Tool Guidance' explains how the tracker operates in more detail. The guidance notes also explain how to 'Setup' a tracking sheet, and how to establish a filing system for the tracking sheets, to ensure that the file names and path names of the files are correct. The notes include hyperlinked files and should be read from the folder on the download.

IMPORTANT

o	The Tracking Tool may not function correctly on a computer with Microsoft Office Service Pack 3 update installed. Please consult the README guidance provided for an explanation.
o	Excel Macro Security may need to be adjusted for the tracker to operate. See the README guidance for instructions.
o	The file and path names of folders and tracking sheets must not be changed. The README guidance provides a description of an example of how best to establish a 'filing system' for your tracking sheets.
