KEY TO SUCCESS - Searching for Pupil Data
The Key to Success website allows users/schools to search for and download pupils' end of Key Stage Attainment data and their contextual indicators from a National Database. (The website does not contain data for pupils educated privately or outside of the United Kingdom.)

Log-On The website is password protected - the log-on details are the same as your S2S log-on and password. Please contact the Information and Research Centre (contact details below) if you have problems accessing the website.

Confidentiality The website contains confidential pupil information - please ensure you keep your log-on details secure.

Searching For Pupils Click on SEARCHABLE DATA (top right-hand of the web-page). You can enter up to 200 pupil UPNs, either by keying-in individual UPNs, or by Copy and Paste from a spreadsheet/Word listing.

Downloading the Pupil Data You then have the option to download the details of the pupils you have searched for, either as a CSV file which will produce a spreadsheet of pupil data, or an XML file which can then be imported into your school MI system.

Other Information The website contains other pupil data and information which can be used, as required.
|

Extra Search Facilities As a school user you are limited to searching the database by UPN only. If you are unable to find a match using a UPN, please contact one of the Information and Research Centre team (contact details below), who may be able to search using different criteria.
