New Standard Scale of Lettings Charges, Timetable for Submission and Subsidised Use of Premises Claim Form

The Subsidised Use of School Premises policy and procedural notes have recently been updated - please click on the link to access them. You can also access them by going in to Norfolk Schools, click on "Premises" and then "Subsidised Use of School Premises".

In the Annexes the "Standard Scale of Lettings Charges" has been updated to reflect the unit rate increase for the new financial year.

Please note there is a new 2008/2009 "Timetable for Submission of Summary Returns" and to make the procedure clearer for claiming back the subsidies the "Subsidised Use of Premises Claim Form" has been re-created, as previously this was a manual return within the procedures, as a spreadsheet (please note there are formulas in the spreadsheet to calculate the subsidies and the total claimed but they may need to be copied/expanded if you have a large amount of returns) - please can you start using this new form from 1 April 2008 and email your returns to Children's Services Enquiries by the relevant submission dates.
