Academy and Trust Offer 2018-19
The 2018-19 annual contracts for Academies will be available to view and buy via the Educator Solutions website from 4 May 2018. Once you have logged into your account you can view the products to purchase by navigating the 'Services' tab. On this page you will also be able to download a customised brochure.
2018-19 Revised or new offers
You will find that some services are streamlining their products or offering new or revised packages which we have highlighted below:
Education Psychology and Specialist support
The offer has been simplified as follows:
ECO Gold: 2-99 days of support (customer selectable)
ECO Platinum: 100+ days of support (customer selectable)
EP Annual Subscription: with consultancy support
HR Services
HR have added a new package (F) for 2018-19, which provides unlimited recruitment advertising through Education Job Finder plus the option of online candidate management system.
ICT Services
These offers have expanded and if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact the Service Provider direct.
The Contract Process
Placing items in the basket: Please note that annual packages purchased for 2017-18 will have the equivalent 2018-19 offer shown on the 'Quick Buy Form' with a circled letter 'S' (suggested purchase) beside them and pre-ticked for your convenience. To remove all these ticks on the form, please un-tick the 'Show Suggested Items' box located at the top right on the screen. This will then allow you to select the services you wish to purchase for 2018-19.
If using the Quick Buy Form facility, you will need to click on the main "Quick Buy Form" link (displayed in larger text) in order to buy offers commencing 1 September 2018.
The smaller Quick Buy form links refers to the purchasing year ending 31/08/18.
Cancelling an annual contract: If you wish to cancel an annual contract, please email details of the contracts you wish to cancel to contractsteam@educatorsolutions.org.uk and we will action this on your behalf. Please ensure that you notify us by email of any cancellation by Friday 27 July 2018. Unticking a package in the quick buy form is not opting out.
Important: Please ensure that all purchases and amendments are completed before 31 August 2018 as your contract will commence on 1 September 2018.
