May 2008 Local Authority Return

The May Local Authority Return is required to be completed on the 15th May 2008. Files should be sent to the Information and Research Centre (IRC) no later than the 21st May 2008.

Please use the Anycomms secure data transfer system in the first instance. If you are unable to use Anycomms then please use School to School (s2s). Discs will not be accepted. If you have any problems using these systems please contact the IRC for assistance.

Phoenix Gold Schools
Please ensure you have updated Phoenix Gold to version 1.43, which was recently issued by ICT Solutions.

All schools will need to run the Pupil and Staff Export and the Yeargroup totals returns. Additionally those schools with reception age children will be required to submit an Early Years Attendance return.

e1 Schools
Please ensure your data is up to date in order for us to extract the relevant data. Schools with reception age children need to pay particular attention to recording the correct number of sessions in the core pupil screen.

Non Pearson Schools

Please also remember to complete and submit your May School Census return.
