Please note: the meeting on 28th June, 9:00-12:00 at Roundwood Function & Conference Centre, Taverham, Norwich, will incorporate Education Leadership Updates specific to secondary phase colleagues. Secondary colleagues are still welcome to attend any of the other briefings although these will have more of a primary focus. Special school colleagues are still welcome at these events.
At a time when the education landscape has the potential to become fragmented, this is an important meeting for Education Leaders to come together to discuss and debate key issues and to help shape education for Norfolk. We strongly urge you and encourage you to attend.

- SEND funding changes
- SEND Strategy including CAMHS redesign
- Latest exclusion data and update on SSIF inclusion bid
- Report back from latest SRIB (Sub Regional Improvement Board)
- Feedback from RSC
- Feedback from Schools Forum
- Accessing the Key
- Agreed position on summer results

The powerpoint presentations from these sessions will be posted on the Norfolk Schools website before or shortly after the updates have taken place.
