Briefings on Principles of Pupil Specific Funding Proposals in the Fair Funding Consultation

Further to MI Sheet 157/08 we would like to remind you that there are two briefings still available for schools to find out more about the Pupil Specific Funding Proposals in the Fair Funding Consultation.

Unfortunately, the briefing planned for Thursday 9 October had to be cancelled as only one school had indicated that they would like to attend.

At the moment no schools have indicated that they would like to attend the King's Lynn briefing so unless we have responses from some schools we will have to cancel that one too.

Please do try to attend - this is your opportunity to debate these funding proposals.

The remaining events are:

4.30-6.30 pm	Thursday 16 October	Venue: Barnham Broom Hotel
4.30-6.30 pm	Thursday 23 October	Venue: Knights Hill Hotel, King's Lynn

Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you would like to attend so we can provide refreshments, seating and activities for the correct number of people.

These briefings only relate to this element of the Fair Funding Consultation and are in addition to the five Fair Funding Consultation Briefings organised by Marilyn Attwood for November where the whole consultation will be discussed (MI 140/08 refers).
