	Link with the Training and Development Agency (TDA) in regard to extended schools services/school workforce reform and development and channel for data on extended schools progress in Norfolk
	Compliance with the National Agreement - Raising Standards and Tackling Workload, e.g. 21 tasks, cover, PPA
	Performance management for teachers and headteachers
	Modernisation of the school workforce, e.g. staff restructuring, TLRPs, professional standards, support staff roles
	Development of skills and qualifications, e.g. TA Induction, Support Work in Schools (SWiS), NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, HLTA assessment/training/specialism, Foundation Degree, CSBM, Masters Level for teachers
	CPD leadership - Secondary phase
	Managing change and use of remodelling process/tools, including bespoke school/cluster events

New developments - to watch out for

	Briefing sessions to engage with a collaborative succession planning programme which will include opportunities for stepping-up and internships - Primary phase
	Positive Development In Your School events for headteachers, senior leaders/middle managers, school business managers, focusing on the priority challenges for your school
	Support for Masters Level qualification being offered through the training schools - Lynn Grove High and Notre Dame High
	Revised programme of induction and ongoing support/development for headteachers in Norfolk
	Norfolk Framework for Teachers' Professional Development linked to the professional standards for teachers and headteachers
	New models of deployment, e.g. demonstration project for Advanced School Business Manager across a cluster of schools.
