The main focus of this term's visit is self-evaluation - How well does a school know itself? The process of self-evaluation will be discussed. Its robustness, through the moderation of evidence gathered by members of the school community, will be evaluated with the SIP and ultimately lead to the confirmation of a LA school performance grade - as set out in the booklet Support, Challenge and Celebration: Towards Excellence for Norfolk Learners

Headteachers are asked to pre-populate the SEF matrix within the RoV in preparation for the SIP visit and to read the latest version of the national school performance descriptors see link. It is important for a governor to be present at this meeting.
