Attached below are two information sheets which headteachers should give to all staff on Protected Nursery Nurse Conditions of Service and staff receiving Special Schools Allowance. The Modern Reward Strategy proposes changes to these elements of pay and conditions, so it is important that the staff affected have this information and understand why the changes are proposed and what the implications may be.

Bob Hedley, Children's Services HR, will be attending meetings at Special Schools to discuss these matters and these information sheets supplement the meetings.
