We have been notified that Barclays has sent out Norfolk Schools Pre-Notification of Commission Charges by mistake. Unfortunately, this only became apparent after they were posted.

We have been advised that Barclays has reviewed their progress and they do not believe they can achieve the deadline of the 27 December to rectify their errors without potentially compromising the accuracy of the commission charges.

Therefore, we have agreed with Barclays that no commission charges will be passed in December and that they will now be passed in January. We are working with them to ensure that you will be advised in due course of the correct volumes, tariff and costs.

However, if you do see charges hit your account at the end of December, you will need to enter these into Star Accounts to allow December reconciliation to take place and refunds (Credits) should then appear in January.
