Professionals survey

We want to get the views and experiences of different individuals involved in supporting and working with this group of children and young people. We would be grateful if you could distribute this survey to all the staff working in schools with children. It should take no longer than 5 minutes. Parent / Carers survey

Please would you also circulate to your parent/carer network via your Facebook page, Twitter account, newsletter, school website, email etc as appropriate.
