Requirement to publish an up-to-date SEN Information Report

In May and October/ November 2018 we audited all Norfolk educational settings to check that they had published an up-to-date SEN Information Report (SIR) on their website. The audit told us that not all schools were remembering to update their SIR annually or date it to show when it was last updated.

We have since developed a SEN Information Report - Best Practice Guide to support all educational providers when they next review and update their SIR. This can be found on the SEND Local Offer.

In November 2019, we will be conducting a third review of all educational providers to check that the SIR has been updated at some point within the year.
