Consistent Financial Reporting (CFR) Framework 2019-20 Update
We have recently been notified from the DfE that there are some changes to the CFR framework for 2019-20.
I08 has now been categorised into I08a (Income from Lettings) and I08b (Other Income from Facilities and Services).
A new subjective code has also been added for Teachers Pay Grant. I01 will include 98935 Teachers Pay Grant. Schools previously would have included their Teachers Pay Grant allocation against 99120 Additional Grant For Schools. When completing your revision 1 budget, please ensure the budget is updated to reflect these changes.
Star Accounts will ask users to upgrade when the Period 12 download is imported. The Budget Planner will ask users to perform an upgrade when attempting to finalise or email the budget.
Once these upgrades have been installed, and the data files/ budgets are in 2019-20, you simply will need to perform a subjective code update to have the new categories installed.
