Reminder - annual contract 2019-20 for Academies and Trusts
Further to MI Sheet 69/19 concerning the annual contracts; your school's 2019-20 contracts have been available to view via the Educator Solutions website from 13th May 2019.
Please ensure that all purchases and amendments are completed before 31st August 2019 as applicable contracts will be active from 1st September 2019. A School may not be able to withdraw after the contract has started, particularly if the Service Provider has evidence of use by the customer.
If you do not wish to continue with a product, please email details of the contracts you wish to cancel to contractsteam@educatorsolutions.org.uk and we will action this on your behalf.
Please do ensure you notify us in writing or email of any cancellation by Friday 19th July 2019.
The Contract Process
You will need to review the revised or new Package offers for 2019-20 and place them in your basket if you wish to purchase.
Placing items in the basket: Please note that items shown on the 'Quick Buy Form' will have a circled letter 'S' (suggested purchase) beside them, which correlates to any packages bought in 2018-19 and are pre-ticked for your convenience. If you wish to remove these ticks, please un-tick the 'Show Suggested Items' box located at the top right on the screen.
Please note that unticking any suggested items, will not cancel the contract. You need to inform the Contracts Team in writing if you wish to cease a contract.
Important: please ensure that all purchases and amendments are completed before 31st August to ensure effective continuation of service provision.
