There have been a number of significant staffing changes to the TITAN team based at County Hall, over the last few weeks.

Confirmed bookings

I am pleased to let you know that any RAG tests, already confirmed with the team, for the remainder of this academic year, will go ahead as agreed.

Future bookings

If you still need to book a RAG test to take place before the end of this term, please contact the team TITAN@norfolk.gov.uk . We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but this is entirely reliant on being able to source staff with the appropriate level of skills and experience. Please accept my apologies as this may mean that we're not in a position to meet all requests. School training sessions for 19/20; to request a training session for school staff please contact titan.norfolk@gov.uk . Again, this will be dependent on the availability of suitably experienced staff.

We have recruited travel trainers to deliver the Summer Buddy Service 2019 and the programme should be underway within the next couple of weeks. Please can you advise students and any parents who contact you, that a designated travel trainer will be in touch shortly to arrange a home visit. This will kick-start the travel training independence programme.

Over the coming weeks and months we will be focussing our efforts on assessing and supporting students towards becoming independent travellers in readiness for next academic year.
